if you get a room with no issues, you might enjoy it. over the course of the 5 days, only 2 of the countless front desk staff our employees encountered were actually helpful: a maintenance guy who's name we missed & helen at the front desk. issues are one thing-stuff breaks, things aren't always clean, etc., but when you add to that an entire front desk staff of people who do not care, no thanks. the amount of issues our employees had are too many to count/list here (refusing a wheelchair, keys don't work & room doors that cannot be opened even by security, showers & toilets that do no function-to name a few). the hotel rooms are ok, the beds were comfortable, but there were so many things lacking & made much worse by the horrible excuse for customer service. the restaurants are great, i've been to them before & will go to them again. spent the wkend for pleasure before a work conference. Ugh, and no thanks are the first things that come to mind.
